Jeff Harvey represents public and private companies, investors, family offices, private equity firms, and venture capital funds operating or investing in startup through upper middle-market businesses and heads up the firm’s General Counsel Services team. Jeff represents companies and their owners, boards, management teams and financial partners across industries concerning entity structuring and formation, compliance and governance, public and private securities filings and reporting, technology transactions and licensing, M&A and joint ventures, private equity and venture investment, international business operations, global supply chain management, franchising, dealership and distribution, real estate and equipment leasing, among other matters and concerns. He provides strategic advice and counsel for transactions and throughout the life cycle of a business or investment.
